ar99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of its commitment to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and player protection. Users may be required to submit supporting documentation — including a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the preceding three months) and proof of payment method ownership — prior to processing withdrawals or as otherwise determined by the Platform.
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension until verification is satisfactorily completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. ar99 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any User Account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the User has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) ar99 reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity; (c) applicable law or regulatory guidance requires such action; or (d) the User fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting ar99's support team. Account closure requests will be processed subject to the resolution of any pending transactions, outstanding KYC requirements or active wagering on Bonus funds. Upon Account closure, any verified Balance remaining in your Account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to applicable compliance checks.
Upon Account termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including Sections 10 (Intellectual Property), 11 (Limitation of Liability) and 14 (Governing Law) — shall continue to apply.
